A Nissan Micra, a Fiat Ducato van and a Ford Mondeo were involved in a crash on the M5 in Somerset at 22:30 on Saturday 21 February 2004. The 70-year-old male driver of the Nissan Micra and a 67-year-old female passenger in the Nissan Micra were killed and the 38-year-old male driver of the Ford Mondeo was seriously injured.
