Ten vehicles, including a Honda Accord and a Toyota MR2, were involved in a crash on the M6 in Chorley at 17:40 on Sunday 26 December 1999. The 72-year-old male driver of the Honda Accord was killed, two other people were seriously injured and five were slightly injured.
